Warranty Periods by Product Range:
- 5-Year Warranty: FUTO and Flex 360° Spinner range
- 3-Year Warranty: Flex Vega II and Flex Light range
- 1-Year Warranty: Flex Earth range
What the Warranty Covers
Our warranty protects against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, including:
- Handles, zippers, wheels, and structural components
- Issues under normal, non-commercial use
- Valid only for purchases in Singapore & Malaysia
What’s Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Airline or baggage handler mishandling (e.g. dents, cracks, sheared wheels)
- General wear and tear, neglect, or misuse
- Exposure to extreme temperatures or liquids (e.g. chemicals, water, beauty products)
- Damage to items stored inside the luggage (e.g. camera, media equipment, bottles)
- Locks damaged by incorrect setting or force
- Matching or bundled items unless individually defective
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To submit a claim, please contact us via our website or WhatsApp, and provide:
- A copy of your order confirmation or receipt
- A clear description of the issue and product details with supporting images
Alternative proof (e.g. bank statement or stamped warranty card) may be accepted if the original receipt is unavailable.
If Your Claim is Approved
- We’ll aim to repair your luggage with original or similar spare parts (note: some colours may vary)
- If repairs aren’t possible, we’ll offer a comparable replacement
- Replacement may differ in style or range depending on product availability and age
- Refunds are not available under warranty terms
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Sending the product to our service centre only after receiving an official acknowledgment of your warranty claim.
- Ensuring the product is securely packed for safe transit.
- Covering the cost of shipping the item to/from our service centre (if applicable).
- After approval, you may collect the repaired/replaced item at:
