Return Policy
You may return eligible items within 14 days of purchase to receive online store credit, valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Please note:
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- We allow only one return or exchange per order.
Exchange Policy
Need a different item? No problem.
Exchanges follow the same process as returns (see above) — once approved, you’ll receive store credit to place a new order with the updated item of your choice.
Exclusions & Eligibility
Not all items may be eligible for return. For hygiene reasons, some travel accessories or custom/branded items may be excluded. Please refer to individual product pages for specific eligibility or contact us.
